Off-road Club Ride to the Baker’s house, Lewes

Meet at 9:00am outside Boots, Lewes at the entrance to Lewes shopping precinct.
There is free car parking at the nearby Tesco.
Estimated 2 hour ride with 80% off-road.
As this is a vintage day any old or new off road bike welcome.
We will go up the side of the Downs via Juggs lane to the race course and on to Black Cap.
A mile or two further on, turning down the spectacular descent to Westmeston.
Returning via bridleways and gravel tracks through Streat to East Chiltington.
Some backlanes and woodland paths to Old Barcombe then farm tracks and along the river to Lewes where refreshments will be offered at Peter and Anne Baker’s house – 5, Dunvan Close, Lewes, BN7 2EY
Beginners welcome, as you won’t be dropped and the ride wont be too technical. (Route may change if conditions poor)
