2006 Results - Evening Ten Series
......

This year we had 11 Evening Tens, of which riders needed to complete six events to qualify for the overall classification. Along with winning the series for the fith time in seven years, Mark Winton posted the fastest solo all-comers time of the series. Four female riders completed the series, with Debbie Evers coming out on top. Jessica Holliday posted the fastest time (27m10s) by a female rider, but was unable to complete six rides due to work commitments. Alan Stevens won the Handicap award in his first season. Ian Landless was first on Vets Standard with +38m02s.

The Fixed Wheel event was incorporated into the 12th June Ten, with Oliver Tuckley retaining his title. Round 10 (10/7) also incorporated our Tandem event. Disappointingly, we only had one entry, ex Wanderer John Limpus teamed up with his Uncle Paul (Limpus) and they flew round the course in 21m19s.

Ian Landless, Hugh Procter and Alan Lloyd all completed 10 out of the 11 events. We had 23 entries for the Series, of these 17 qualified for the Championship by completing six or more events.
